Tub-to-shower conversion
A tub nobody has used in years is the most wasted square footage in the house. We take it out and put a proper shower in its place — same footprint, same plumbing, far less disruption than people expect.
Typical timeline
Warranty
Lifetime, limited
Starting at
Same footprint
Subway tile, matte black hardware
What’s included
Everything, in one contract.
One license, one crew, one supervisor. No subcontractor hand-offs you have to manage.
Tub removal
The old tub cut out and carried out, not dragged through the house. Debris gone the same day.
Pan & waterproofing
A sloped pan on the existing drain, bonded membrane, flood-tested before tile.
Surround & door
Full-height walls and a sliding or hinged door sized to the opening we actually have.
Trim & handover
New valve and head, niche, seal, and a walkthrough before we call it finished.
Configurations
Three ways this usually goes.
How it goes
Three steps. No surprises.
- 01
Consultation
We measure the room, listen to how you use it, and say plainly whether we’re the right fit. No deposit to get this far.
- 02
Scope & price in writing
Itemized materials and labor, and a dated schedule. You keep it, compare it, and decide on your own time.
- 03
Installation & handover
One crew, one project manager, a daily update, and a walkthrough at the end. Then we stay reachable.

Questions we get
about this work.
For a tub-to-shower conversion in the same footprint, usually not — the existing drain and valve location can carry the new shower, which is what keeps that job short. Moving a fixture means opening the floor or a wall, which changes both the schedule and the price. We tell you which one applies at the measure.
It depends almost entirely on whether anything moves. An alcove replacement in the same footprint is the shortest job we do. A zero-threshold conversion is the longest, because the subfloor has to be opened to drop the drain. Whatever the number is, it goes in writing before you commit, and you get a daily update once we start.
A dated, badly finished bathroom is one of the first things a buyer marks down, and a closed-out permit history is one of the things their inspector looks for. We will not quote you a return-on-investment percentage, because any number we gave you would be made up.
It covers our labor — the way the work was executed — for as long as you own the home. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves are separate and come from the manufacturer. The exclusions and claim process need to be on a terms page you can read before you sign, and that page does not exist yet.
