Accessible & aging-in-place

Accessible does not have to look clinical. Blocking behind the tile, a seat that folds away, a flush entry and clear floor space — done right, it reads as a well-designed bathroom that happens to work for everyone.

What’s included

Everything, in one contract.

One license, one crew, one supervisor. No subcontractor hand-offs you have to manage.

01

Needs assessment

How the room is used today, and what has to still work in five years.

02

Zero-threshold entry

The subfloor opened where needed so the entry is genuinely flush, not just low.

03

Blocking & grab bars

Bars anchored into blocking behind the substrate. Never into tile alone.

04

Seating & controls

A folding or built-in seat, handheld on a slide bar, controls reachable seated.

Configurations

Three ways this usually goes.

Roll-in shower
Roll-in showerFlush entry and clear turning space for a chair.
Walk-in bathtub
Walk-in bathtubWhere bathing matters more than showering.
Step-through conversion
Step-through conversionThe least invasive option — the existing tub is kept.

How it goes

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We measure the room, listen to how you use it, and say plainly whether we’re the right fit. No deposit to get this far.

  2. 02

    Scope & price in writing

Itemized materials and labor, and a dated schedule. You keep it, compare it, and decide on your own time.

  3. 03

    Installation & handover

One crew, one project manager, a daily update, and a walkthrough at the end. Then we stay reachable.

All FAQs

Not on their own. A bar anchored into tile and backer board alone will eventually pull out, and it will do it under load. We build blocking into the wall behind the substrate before the surface goes on, so the bar is fastened to timber. If someone offers to add bars to a finished wall without opening it, ask what they are fastening to.

Coverage for accessibility work varies by plan and by state, and we are not the right people to advise on your policy. We will give you an itemized scope you can submit, and we can point you at the questions worth asking your carrier.

It depends almost entirely on whether anything moves. An alcove replacement in the same footprint is the shortest job we do. A zero-threshold conversion is the longest, because the subfloor has to be opened to drop the drain. Whatever the number is, it goes in writing before you commit, and you get a daily update once we start.

It covers our labor — the way the work was executed — for as long as you own the home. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves are separate and come from the manufacturer. The exclusions and claim process need to be on a terms page you can read before you sign, and that page does not exist yet.
