It depends almost entirely on whether anything moves. An alcove replacement in the same footprint is the shortest job we do. A zero-threshold conversion is the longest, because the subfloor has to be opened to drop the drain. Whatever the number is, it goes in writing before you commit, and you get a daily update once we start.

We stop, photograph it, and show you before doing anything. Rot, failed valves, old galvanized pipe and bad framing are the usual finds in South Florida houses. It becomes a written change order you approve first — it never turns up as a surprise on the invoice.

Tile, acrylic, and solid-surface wall panels. Tile gives the most design freedom and needs the most maintenance. Acrylic is the fastest to install and the easiest to clean. Solid-surface panels sit between the two, with far fewer grout lines. We quote all three the same way so you can compare them honestly.

It covers our labor — the way the work was executed — for as long as you own the home. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves are separate and come from the manufacturer.
