Pricing you cannot pin down
A verbal range, then a bigger number once the tile is off the wall.
What we do: a written scope and a fixed price before demolition. Change orders only when you ask for a change.

Why homeowners call us
Most people who call us have already been let down once. Here is what usually went wrong, and what we do instead.
A verbal range, then a bigger number once the tile is off the wall.
What we do: a written scope and a fixed price before demolition. Change orders only when you ask for a change.
Three days of work spread across five weeks, and nobody answering the phone.
What we do: one project manager, a dated schedule, and an update at the end of every work day.
A tub nobody uses, a step that has become a hazard, tile from two owners ago.
What we do: design around how you actually use the room — today and in fifteen years.
Serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties — and the Caribbean — since 2012.
What we build
Some bathrooms need a single change. Others need the whole room rethought. We quote both the same way.
Low-threshold entry, full-height walls, and a drain that actually drains. The most requested change we make.

Learn more 03A worn tub out, a new one in, tile and surround handled with it. Minimal disruption to the rest of the house.
Learn more 04A sealed door and a low step, so a full soak stays possible without a climb over the rim.

Why 09 Bath
My father didn’t teach me construction. He taught me conviction — that every wall you raise is a reflection of who you are.
Straight answers
Four things, roughly in order. Whether plumbing moves — a fixture staying put costs far less than one that relocates. What we find behind the walls once they are open. Your surface choice, since tile, acrylic and solid-surface panels differ in both material and labor. And accessibility hardware, which needs blocking built in rather than added on.
It depends almost entirely on whether anything moves. An alcove replacement in the same footprint is the shortest job we do. A zero-threshold conversion is the longest, because the subfloor has to be opened to drop the drain. Whatever the number is, it goes in writing before you commit, and you get a daily update once we start.
A straightforward acrylic tub-or-shower replacement in an existing footprint can be a one-day job. A tiled shower cannot be — waterproofing has to cure and be flood-tested before tile goes on, and rushing that is exactly how a shower fails in year two. We will tell you which one yours is instead of leading with the headline.
Yes. Every permit the job requires gets pulled, posted on site, and closed out at the end — that last part is the one people get burned on, because an open permit surfaces years later when the house sells. 09 Bath works under 09 Build’s Florida Certified General Contractor license.
It covers our labor — the way the work was executed — for as long as you own the home. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves are separate and come from the manufacturer. The exclusions and claim process need to be on a terms page you can read before you sign, and that page does not exist yet.
